Overview of the Job

An opportunity has arisen to join a new and exciting project, involving one of the UK's most iconic and historic brands.

Lukas Distribution Ltd is the exclusive distribution partner for BSA Motorcycles in the UK and Ireland.

As a bookkeeper, your responsibilities will include:

• Producing monthly/yearly accounts
• Handling accounts payable and receivable
• Paying regular bills for the company
• Maintaining company ledgers
• Preparing information for auditors
• Manage bank accounts
• Reconcile payments
• Assist with additional bookkeeping duties as designated by management

Measures of Success

In the first few months you would have:

• Built great relationships with Lukas Distribution employees and the wider dealer network family
• Develop an understanding of the BSA brand, model range and future direction of the business
• Become familiar with the internal processes and systems necessary for the performance of your role

What You Will Need

• Minimum two years of bookkeeping experience in practice
• Selfmotivated and able to work to tight deadlines
• Excellent communication, organisation and interpersonal skills
• Strong IT capabilities, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.

Flexible working from home as well as office available


Salary:
£25,000 - £30,000 per year full-time (Pro rata part time hours)
