The role comes with 2 days from home and 3 in the office (they are close to various transport links), 20 days holiday in the first year, moving to 25 in the second year of service.
The essence of the role
Supporting the Financial Controller in the day-to-day aspects of the administration of the business.
As the administration assistant you will be involved in preparing documentation for overseas suppliers, documentation for overseas customers and other various admin tasks.
The scope of the role
- Preparing overseas supplier documentation
- Prepare customer payment documentation
- Helping finance team with administration tasks
- Inputting sales orders
- A focus on accuracy and information
Prerequisites
- Experience in an Administrative role
- Practical thinker with a can do approach
- Strong team player
- Excellent communicator
- Able to liaise with colleagues at all levels
- Strong excel and word skills
