This Customer Service Supervisor will have the below responsibilities:
- Collaborating with the Head of Customer of Service to develop service quality strategies and improvement plans.
- Leading a team of 6 headcount Inspiring the best service and performance
- Managing teams workload, ensuring productivity is at its highest and customer inquiries are resolved effectively and efficiently
- Maintaining approachable and visible point of contact for the team to manage customer escalations
- Developing the team through regular performance reviews and coaching
- Assisting with Recruitment and training of new member shaping the team further
- Keeping up to date with company trends and knowledge to pass forward onto the team and provide accurate information to customers.
The ideal Customer Service Supervisor will have the below skillset for this vacancy:
- Proven history in a position of leadership in a customer environment.
- Strong and charismatic communicator within a team and 1
- Ability to work under pressure within a fastpaced environment.
- Concise understanding of prioritisation of work alongside multitasking duties.
- Experience working on CRM Database and software.
