Salary:
£34,100 - £41,572 per annum

Sanctuary Personnel is seeking a skilled Operating Department Practitioner to join the dynamic team in Westminster. This opportunity is ideal for individuals keen on specialising in paediatric anaesthetics.

Situated within a thriving private healthcare environment, the hospital maintains a commendable "Good" rating from the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and operates under the umbrella of a renowned healthcare entity with over five decades of expertise.

With a robust infrastructure featuring 46 paediatric beds, including specialised units such as a 10-bed intensive care unit and a neonatal intensive care unit, we cater to over 40,000 children annually.

From routine paediatric cases to intricate craniofacial reconstructions, our services encompass a wide spectrum of medical needs.

Additionally, our maternity services deliver over 1,600 babies each year, offering both consultant-led and midwife-led care to ensure a safe and supportive journey through pregnancy and childbirth.

Within our five state-of-the-art theatres, Anaesthetic Theatre Practitioners operate in a dynamic setting equipped with cutting-edge technology.

Collaborating closely with a team of experienced consultants and practitioners spanning various specialties, you will be involved in a diverse range of procedures, including gynaecological, obstetric, general, and paediatric surgeries.


Key Requirements:


  • Current HCPC/NMC Registration
  • Postgraduate experience in Theatre settings
  • Minimum of 12 months' experience in Anaesthetics
  • Completion of an Anaesthetics course
  • Proficiency in preparing the Anaesthetic room to meet patient and Anaesthetist requirements
