**-An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Level 2 Teaching assistant with a special needs allowance to join our innovative and creative team. Our governors and Senior Team are looking for a patient, empathetic and caring individual with a secure understanding of Special Educational Needs. We are a one form entry primary school who prides itself on inclusivity and therefore our teams consistently strives for high standards for all our children by adapting the curriculum and provision to meet the needs of all our learners.
This position is specifically linked to meet the needs of an individual pupil. While this position is for a short fixed period, there may be opportunity to extend this further.

all children - Someone who has a minimum of NVQ2 or equivalent in teaching assistance, or be willing and committed to working towards this within an agreed timeframe
- Someone who is flexible, patient and calm in their approach to all children, especially those with additional needs
- Someone who is passionate about SEND and understands the requirements of supporting children with additional needs
