As we expand our operations, we are seeking a motivated Trainee PA to join our team and play a pivotal role in supporting our Sales Director in achieving business growth and sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

  • Actively participate in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for business expansion.

Sales Support:

  • Assist in the creation and delivery of compelling sales presentations.
  • Work closely with the Sales Director to meet and exceed weekly sales targets.
  • Handle customer inquiries, provide information, and contribute to the sales process.

Appointment Setting:

  • Coordinate and schedule appointments for the Sales Director.
  • Maintain an organized calendar to optimize the director's time and efficiency.
  • Confirm appointments and provide necessary documentation in preparation.

Quotation Process:

  • Attend to the quoting process, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to prepare comprehensive and competitive quotes.
  • Follow up on quotes and provide necessary information to facilitate the sales process.

Event Participation:

  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
  • Assist in the planning and coordination of companysponsored events.
  • Network with potential clients and industry professionals to enhance business relationships.

Administrative Support:

  • Provide general administrative assistance to the Sales Director.
  • Prepare reports, documents, and presentations as required.
  • Maintain organized records of salesrelated activities.

As this job is a PA to a sales Dairector, Your role will be to assist with all the sales processes in the company, From cold calling to appointment setting to presentations and contract signing.


Requirements:


  • Proficiency in typing and computer skills, including knowledge of Google Suite
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and clerical tasks
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality

Note:
Previous experience as a personal assistant or in an administrative role is preferred but not required.


Pay:
£18,000.00-£20,000.00 per year
