The HR team provide support and strategy at all levels of our clients business.An opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR specialist to support the global mobility/relocation department in the management of information on all related relocation information to enquiring staff across the EMEA region.
_Role Responsibilities_
- As an experienced HR specialist within Relocation your responsibilities will include:_
- Delivering a world class and commercial service to our clients
- Provide full support to our clients, understand their business and support them to manage their most important asset their people.
- Build strong relationships with wider teams such as payroll, tax, legal etc. to ensure mobility compliance is adhered to.
- Ensure coordination between departments is efficient and effective.
- Be first point of contact for all relocation and mobility queries/issues etc.
_Person Specification_
- As a successful HR specialist within Relocation, you will have:_
- CIPD Qualification.
- High levels of relocation/mobility experience form an HR advisory basis.
- Proven experience of providing HR services to various business units within larger organisations.
- Extremely adept at building significant business relationships in order to provide effective support.
