Reqiva have partnered with a global leader in the motion capture space. They are looking for an experienced UX Designer.

Responsibilities:

Conduct user research, including interviews and contextual inquiries, to understand user needs, goals, and behaviours.
Analyse research data to generate meaningful insights and behavioural patterns.
Organize and facilitate workshops for collaboration, ideation, and problemsolving with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.
Create design artifacts such as personas, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes.
Collaborate with developers and product managers to ensure accurate and efficient implementation of design specifications.
Conduct usability testing and incorporate user feedback into iterative design improvements.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to ensure competitive and superior user experiences.
Document decisions, guidelines, and specifications to foster consistency and collaboration across the design process.

Ideal Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in design, humancomputer interaction, or a related field.

Experience:

Proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Figma.
Experience leading the full UX process, including discovery phases and designthinking methods.
Familiarity with user research methods like contextual inquiry, surveys, and usability testing.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
