An exciting opportunity has arisen for a friendly, hardworking and experienced clerical administrator to join our Physiotherapy Team.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and well-motivated individual with good communication, organisation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work as part of a team and on your own initiative.

You will provide vital administrative support for the Physiotherapists and the Physiotherapy Management Team.


The post holder should be proficient with computer systems and have RSA III (or equivalent) word processing with a minimum of three years recent office experience.

Knowledge / experience of hospital systems i.e. WPAS / PIMS and Oracle is desirable but not essential.


The post holder will be tasked with:
Processing of referrals

The booking of outpatient appointments,

Producing word and excel documents,

Ordering stock and

Producing activity reports.
