    Job Title: Sales Director EMEA

    About Us: HEICO Aerospace is a highly successful subsidiary of the HEICO Corporation. With over 68 years of experience, we have thrived by serving niche segments of the aviation, defense, space and electronics industries through innovative and cost-saving products and services.

    Job Purpose: The Sales Director will be responsible for day-to-day management of the HEICO Aerospace Parts Group business with key strategic customers in the EMEA region.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Identify and manage new product/part development opportunities within assigned accounts to increase sales revenue.
    • Work with customer stakeholders to manage the development and approval cycle to meet agreed targets.
    • Build and maintain strong effective working relationships at all levels within the customer accounts.
    • Monitor and evaluate customer contract performance.
    • Manage new part approvals and address any technical questions.
    • Perform analysis and other investigative tasks required by the Sales & Marketing department.
    • Develop effective working relationships with HEICO Business units and New Part Introduction Coordinators.
    • Track and report development and sales metrics for customer and HEICO management.
    • Liaise and attend meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business and organizational development.
    • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with customers, ensuring favorable outcomes for the company.
    • Provide regular reports and updates to management on sales activities, new development pipeline status.
    • Stay abreast of industry regulations, market developments, and emerging technologies relevant to aircraft maintenance parts manufacturing and supply chains.

    Requirements:

    • Able to communicate effectively and form strong effective work relationships.
    • Attentive to detail, flexible in responding to multiple job demands.
    • Mature, credible, and comfortable in dealing with senior blue chip company executives.
    • Reliable, tolerant, and determined.
    • A natural forward planner who assesses own performance.
    • Must be a confident face-to-face and telephone/on-line communicator.
    • Minimum of three years' work experience within aviation or allied engineering industries.

    Working Conditions: The working location is hybrid but will require frequent travel to company and/or customer locations. Must have a clean driving license and flexibility to travel extensively within the EMEA region and occasionally to North America.
