The Role
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Data Input
- Sending out pre renewal information requests
- Maintain and assist with diary issues
- Liaise with Underwriters
- Providing support to Underwriters and other employees in daily office needs both internally and externally
The person
- 23 years of administration experience ideally within commercial insurance
- Strong IT skills particularly Outlook, Excel & Word
- Telephone experience
- Working quickly and efficiently to tight deadlines
- Great team player
- Excellent communication skills both in writing and verbally
