Description

The Role

  • Answering and directing phone calls
  • Data Input
  • Sending out pre renewal information requests
  • Maintain and assist with diary issues
  • Liaise with Underwriters
  • Providing support to Underwriters and other employees in daily office needs both internally and externally

The person

  • 23 years of administration experience ideally within commercial insurance
  • Strong IT skills particularly Outlook, Excel & Word
  • Telephone experience
  • Working quickly and efficiently to tight deadlines
  • Great team player
  • Excellent communication skills both in writing and verbally
