Fund Operations - London, United Kingdom - Bridge of Hope
Description
You will play a crucial role in supporting fund administrators in managing financial transactions and maintaining accurate financial records.You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including but not limited to financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, accounts payable/receivable management, and reconciliation.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including accounting, treasury, and financial planning, to ensure smooth operations and compliance with established policies and procedures.
,- Execute daytoday financial operations, including processing invoices, expense reports, and payments
- Perform reconciliations of financial data and identify discrepancies for resolution
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and maintain budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
- Monitor cash flow activities and manage accounts payable and receivable
- Conduct financial analysis to support decisionmaking processes and identify areas for improvement
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal policies
- Support monthend and yearend closing processes, including preparation of financial statements
- Assist in the implementation and enhancement of financial systems and processes
