Description

You will play a crucial role in supporting fund administrators in managing financial transactions and maintaining accurate financial records.

You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including but not limited to financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, accounts payable/receivable management, and reconciliation.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including accounting, treasury, and financial planning, to ensure smooth operations and compliance with established policies and procedures.

Execute daytoday financial operations, including processing invoices, expense reports, and payments
Perform reconciliations of financial data and identify discrepancies for resolution
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and maintain budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
Monitor cash flow activities and manage accounts payable and receivable
Conduct financial analysis to support decisionmaking processes and identify areas for improvement
Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal policies
Support monthend and yearend closing processes, including preparation of financial statements
Assist in the implementation and enhancement of financial systems and processes
