Description
We are an established pub and residential property operator based primarily in North London with some properties also in the Home Counties.
We are looking for a handyman to be responsible for basic maintenance across our group at various locations on a daily basis.
MUST HOLD A FULL CLEAN DRIVING LICENCE TO DRIVE IN THE UK
It would be expected any applicant to have at least 2 years of handyman experience, be proficient with the use of power tools, have basic math and communication skills.
The applicant will be provided a daily schedule through our service platform and it would be expected via the platform all works are documented so the office can track repairs to keep clients and tenants informed.
REFERENCES WILL BE REQUIRED, IMMEDIATE/ASAP START
Holiday: 21 days increasing 1 day per full year worked to a maximum of 25 days, all statutory days on top
Salary:
£35,000.00 per year
