We are looking to hire an experienced
Field Sales Manager for a major telco/IT network.
Sales management pedigree is key, and all industry backgrounds will be considered with particular attention paid to people who have experience within telecoms, IT, or a solution orientated platform.
Field Sales Manager Role:
- To drive and lead a team of talented sales professionals in Northwest England.
- Coaching, training, and development of a small team of professional salespeople.
- Lead by example to take world class products to SME businesses in the area.
- Building quality pipeline through customer led activity.
- Building and motivating the sales team.
- Forecasting and achieving reasonable targets
- Ambitious and tenacious in your approach
- Desire to progress your career in a fantastic business
- Experience in leading a field sales team
- Ideally from a telecoms or IT background
- Impressive communicator with the ability to present solutionbased products
- You will be a key influencer with internal and external stakeholders
The Reward:
Great salary of £65k with uncapped OTE (usual earnings £100k +)
