The starting salary for this position is £11,622 per annum based on an 18-hour working week, pro-rata to £23,243.
This is a varied and rewarding role, where your contribution will make a real difference in the lives of children and adults whose lives are touched by adoption.
Adoption South East (ASE) is a regional adoption agency which launched on April 1st 2020, we provide adoption services on behalf of four Local Authorities (Surrey, West Sussex, East Sussex and Brighton and Hove) under a partnership agreement.
We already have nearly 100 staff working in ASE, including Social Workers, Managers, Support Workers and dedicated business support staff, but now we are searching for a Team Administrator to join our friendly and supportive Woking team.
To ensure we're always providing first-class customer service, you'll need to have excellent interpersonal skills to confidently liaise with a wide range of professionals and service users, along with a high level of written and oral communication.
You willalso be handling adoption records as part of this role, so we're looking for someone who has had some experience of working with highly confidential information.
Here are the qualities, skills & experiences we are looking for in our Team Administrator:
- Administration experience in a busy office environment
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Confident, organised and able to implement a proactive approach to work
- Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- Ability to work effectively to deadlines

An enhanced DBS 'Disclosure and Barring Service' check for regulated activity (formerly known as CRB) and the Children's and Adults' Barred List checks will be required for this role.
