Description
Blueprint Subsea is continuing to grow, and we are looking to recruit production operatives to join us. If you already have some experience in electro-mechanical or manufacturing assembly that is a bonus but if not, and you have demonstrable practical skills, an enquiring mind and a desire to learn and develop then we would love to hear from you

Initially, this opening is for a fixed period of 6 months and will require working nights.

Blueprint Subsea is an innovative company of designers, engineers and manufacturers of underwater acoustic sensors.

We provide international subsea, offshore and defence markets, with a diverse product portfolio of acoustic imaging, positioning and navigation solutions.


  • Be highly motivated to work within small team.
  • Be highly dexterous with hand/eye coordination.
  • Have an acute eye for detail and fastidious quality control.
  • Have good working knowledge and experience with a range of hand tools.
  • Be capable of working independently with good resource and time management skills.
  • Be able to use initiative to prioritise and work efficiently.
  • Be able to follow and adhere to detailed assembly procedures.
  • Able to complete repetitive tasks to a consistent quality standard.
  • Be willing to work night shifts.
  • Have soldering and assembly experience within the electronics industry.
  • Have suitable engineering / production qualifications (ONC/HNC/HND)
  • Knowledge and experience from working within a production engineering environment
Key responsibilities will include.

  • A range of assembly tasks, both electronic and mechanical
  • Hand soldering of electronic components
  • Assembly of wiring looms and connectors
  • Test procedures and verification activities
  • Commitment to providing high quality products for our customers
