Description
Maintenance Planner required in Waterbeach. Immediate start, scheduled start also available. Up to £20,000 per annum. Free on-site parking. also accessible via public transport. Working in a fun and friendly enviornment with full training provided. Thisis a permanent position located in Waterbeach, Cambridgeshire.


Salary:
£18,000 - £20,000


Working days:
Monday to Friday

Shifts: 08:00 am to 5:00 pm


Responsibilities to include:


  • Answering the phone and taking customer enquires
  • Preparing letters, presentations, and reports
  • Liaising with staff, suppliers, and clients when working as a Maintenance Planner
  • Using a range of software packages including Office 365, Xero and Infraspeak
  • Maintaining company paperwork and processes

Education, Training and Experience:


  • Good knowledge of IT skills
  • Problemsolving skills and using Initiative when working as a Maintenance Planner
  • Ability to make things happen whilst having attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service and problemsolving skills
  • When working as a Maintenance Planner you will require highquality organisational skills
  • The ability to work well under deadlines and to multitask
  • The ability to build relationships and coalitions within the community
  • When working as a Maintenance Planner you will require excellent critical thinking and problemsolving skills
