Maintenance Planner required in Waterbeach. Immediate start, scheduled start also available. Up to £20,000 per annum. Free on-site parking. also accessible via public transport. Working in a fun and friendly enviornment with full training provided. Thisis a permanent position located in Waterbeach, Cambridgeshire.Salary:
£18,000 - £20,000
Working days:
Monday to Friday
Shifts: 08:00 am to 5:00 pm
Responsibilities to include:
- Answering the phone and taking customer enquires
- Preparing letters, presentations, and reports
- Liaising with staff, suppliers, and clients when working as a Maintenance Planner
- Using a range of software packages including Office 365, Xero and Infraspeak
- Maintaining company paperwork and processes
Education, Training and Experience:
- Good knowledge of IT skills
- Problemsolving skills and using Initiative when working as a Maintenance Planner
- Ability to make things happen whilst having attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service and problemsolving skills
- When working as a Maintenance Planner you will require highquality organisational skills
- The ability to work well under deadlines and to multitask
- The ability to build relationships and coalitions within the community
- When working as a Maintenance Planner you will require excellent critical thinking and problemsolving skills
