Uniserve is seeking a
Customer Services Supervisor to join our team at our excellent facility in Felixstowe (FMDC). In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining and developing quality relationships with our existing customers and internal business units.


What you'll do:


  • Manage existing customer accounts and ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers and internal teams.
  • Prepare customer reviews and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Collaborate with warehouse departments to streamline communication.
  • Identify and propose improvements to continuously enhance our operations.
  • Complete necessary training to develop your skills and knowledge.
  • Uphold a professional image of Uniserve to all clients and customers.

What you'll bring:


  • Minimum of 1 year's experience in customer service.
  • Minimum of 1 year's experience in a fastpaced logistics environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word & Excel).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong eye for detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a customerfacing role and adapt to change.
  • Problemsolving skills with excellent multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure, be wellorganised and meet deadlines.
  • Desire to learn and contribute across the W+T Commercial Team.
