Interaction Analyst

Up to £32,000 per annum + benefits

Glasgow/ Hybrid working ( in the office a few days a month)


Do you have an interest in Interaction Analytics?


My client connects the biggest and most respected brands on the planet with their customers by providing customer care, technical support, digital solutions, and many more other specialised services to ensure consistent positive customer interactions.

They are currently looking for several Interaction Analysts to join their growing UK analytics team.

Here's why you may be interested:

  • Derive business intelligence, patterns, and trends from the interactions, using the interaction analytics tool and build associated categories
  • Create presentations, communicate the findings with accurate, quality analysis and reports/visualizations within specified timelines
  • Opportunity to collaborate & communicate effectively with internal/external stakeholders

Ideally, you'd have:

  • 1 year experience in Quality and/or data analytics
  • Experience with Interaction Analytics platform such as: CallMiner Eureka, Nexidia, Verint, Mattersight, or NICE
