T-T Pumps Ltd, one of the UK's market-leading companies in the supply, manufacture, design, install and service of pumping equipment, is looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join their Service team.


REQUIREMENTS:


  • Responsible for planning, scheduling and coordinating our engineering teams nationally
  • Planning of scheduled visits and accommodating reactive requests
  • Responding to requests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Ensuring exceptional customer service is expected at all times
  • Communication is key in this role keeping the client, management team and engineers informed
  • Strong commercial and geography knowledge to maximise engineering teams efforts
  • Maintain engineering teams diary
  • Liaise with external engineering teams and internal colleagues to mitigate potential issues
  • Maintain company procedures and improve where possible
  • Identify training needs

WORKING CONDITIONS:


  • Based at our office in Woore

ANY OTHER DUTIES NECESSARY:


  • Be flexible to the requirements of the business
  • Observe and maintain the company's Health & Safety Policy and Procedures.
  • Undertake any other duties that may be required from time to time
