We are looking for a HSSEQ Coordinator for our company Jifmar Scotland.

Comply with and ensure compliance with the company's QHSE policies and safety instructions, and pass on the duty to report dangerous situations, incidents or accidents using the tools made available to you or one of your colleagues.
Familiarize yourself with the single professional risk assessment document and ensure that it is kept up to date. Ensuring that control measures are implemented.
Prepares management reviews (data collection, implementation and monitoring of monthly process KPIs, annual process review).
Ensuring compliance with the accident and TI procedure (reporting, opening, investigation, implementation of corrective actions and followup), and producing investigation reports where necessary.
Followup of NC and action plan for internal and external audits at subsidiaries.
QHSE induction for new arrivals
Carrying out regular site audits and head office internal audits
