THE ROLE:

You will be required to provide support to staff across the departments with a range of administrative tasks including but not limited to:

  • Opening, sorting, dating and scanning incoming mail
  • General administration, filing and archiving
  • Post out duties.
  • Photocopying and scanning as required
  • Binding documents
  • Answering telephone and taking messages when necessary
  • Greeting clients and advising staff of their arrival
  • Managing meeting room bookings
  • Arranging tea and coffee for meetings.

THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT:

To be considered for this role you must have the following:

  • Ability to effectively communicate and interact constructively with all levels of staff
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Confident Telephone manner
  • Good time management and organisational skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Punctual, professional and reliable
  • Excellent IT Skills and possess a good knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
  • Minimum A-Level or equivalent education required
  • Good written, numeracy and oral communication skills, Grade B or above in GCSE English and Maths (or similar qualifications)
  • Experience working in an office environment desirable but not essential as full training will be given.
  • A willingness to learn new skills, develop a career in business administration and work as a team.
  • NVQ in Business Administration desirable

THE IMPORTANT PART:

This is a full time role. The salary will be assessed according to experience.

We offer employers' contribution to a NEST pension scheme and 20 days holiday in addition to the office and statutory holidays.

Now a specialist practice undertaking mainly property work, the firm is well known for its Leasehold reform and enfranchisement work
