Job Description:
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced ENT Specialist to join our reputable medical practice in Stanmore.

We are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable professional to provide specialized medical care for patients with ear, nose, and throat disorders.

As an ENT Specialist, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and treating conditions such as sinusitis, tonsillitis, hearing loss, and sleep apnea.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough examinations, focusing on ear, nose, and throat health, and accurately diagnose conditions
• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual patients' needs
• Perform surgical and nonsurgical interventions with precision and care
• Maintain accurate and uptodate medical records in compliance with relevant regulations
• Prioritize patient comfort and ensure their wellbeing throughout the treatment process
• Educate patients on preventive measures and selfcare techniques for ear, nose, and throat health
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
• Stay abreast of the latest research and advancements in the field of ENT

Requirements for the Role:

• Current registration and licensing with the appropriate medical governing body (GMC)
• Extensive experience and expertise in ENT practice
• Excellent diagnostic skills and the ability to develop effective treatment plans
• Strong surgical skills, including proficiency in both surgical and nonsurgical ENT procedures
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a compassionate and patientcentered approach
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
