    Pastry Chef de Partie

    We are seeking a skilled Pastry Chef de Partie to join our fine dining Asian restaurant in London.

    About the Role

    • Fantastic hourly rate £15 - £17 per hour, competitive within the industry.
    • A 48-hour contract with paid overtime, providing work-life balance.
    • 7-day operation with 5 working days and 2 days off, ensuring consistent income.

    Main Responsibilities:

    The successful candidate will be responsible for:

    • Preparing high-quality pastry dishes in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
    • Maintaining exceptional presentation and flavor standards.
    • Collaborating with the culinary team to develop new menu items and improve existing ones.
    • Ensuring efficient workflow and inventory management.

    Requirements:

    To be successful in this role, you will need:

    • Previous experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie in a similar establishment.
    • Strong knowledge of pastry techniques and ingredients.
    • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
    • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
