We're looking for a highly motivated
Estate Agent to join our dynamic residential sales team in
Benfleet.

Your role as an Aspire Estate Agent

The main purpose of the role is to generate and book valuations with a view to taking these properties on the market and obtaining new business.

The job is highly rewarded through its straight forward commission structure.
The expected OTE for this position is £50,000 - £65,000 per year.

Skills and experience required to be a successful Estate Agent for Aspire Estate Agents

• Preferably an experienced sales person
• Able to generate new business in a target driven environment
• Outstanding customer care / customer service experience
• Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A
  Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle

Salary:
£50,000.00-£65,000.00 per year
