Description

1st Line Technical Support agent required for a well-established software company providing software to the construction & field service industry.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to start a career within software support or with customer service experience looking for a change.


You will answer incoming calls to the tech team, raise and triage tickets, and offer a high level of customer support at all times.

You'll also help to manage our ticket reporting and ensure the data we input into our systems are of a high standard.

As a 1st Line Technical Support Agent you will;

  • Be self motivated to learn new things.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Want to progress within the technical customer support industry.

Job specifics:

Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm

£20,000 + Cycle to Work Scheme, Free Sports Massages, Quarterly socials, Private Pension, Critical Illness cover (After 1 year) + 22 Days Holiday (Rising with Service) + Christmas Shutdown.
