Hours:09:00 until 17:00 (35 hours per week)

AskJules was founded in 2010 and is a family-owned company that provides a Lifestyle Management service to clients.
Our clients are university students with complex physical disabilities and require 24-hour care whilst living independently in student halls at university.
With our support, students are able to transition to an independent life at university, whilst making the most of their educational journey.
Students and their families choose AskJules because we provide a personal, efficient and comprehensive service; from the recruitment and management of PAs to bank and budget management and everything in between.

About the role:
You will be working in our Leeds office alongside the recruitment team, providing administrative support wherever possible.
You will be trained by experienced recruiters who will talk you through the recruitment journey and how you will assist along the way.
Day-to-day duties could include:
- Conducting Right to work and driving licence checks
- Ensuring our CRM is up to date and GDPR compliant
- Uploading documents in an accurate and timely manner
- Management and upkeep of the business Google Drive
- Adjusting and writing job adverts with the assistance of the recruit team
- Notetaking during client meetings
What are we looking for?

- Competent in the use of technology and software Microsoft Suite, Google Workspace, CRM (Ninox),

- Ability to use own initiative
- Able to work under pressure and being able to deal with issues in a timely and professional mannerAble to build and maintain positive relationships with both the clients and personal assistants
