Brand New Role


TSR Legal are supporting a Legal 500 firm with multiple offices across Wales with their appointment of HR Advisor / Officer.

The role will be based in the outskirts of Swansea with parking.

As the firm have a network of offices, you will be expected to support other locations and so will need to be flexible with travel.


This is a key role within the firm and one that will see you work as part of a collaborative & supportive Human Resources team offering generalist HR support to all areas of the business.


The Role:

Providing support and guidance to team leaders on employee relation issues including resolving conflicts and addressing employee concerns
Managing and administering benefits and rewards packages
Assisting in elements of recruitment activity and resourcing
Dealing with complex and sensitive day-to-day people management issues with the support of the HR Director
Assisting the HR Director in managing people strategy and budgets
Developing talent management strategies and career progression opportunities
Working on exciting projects such as employee engagement and well-being initiatives
Drafting and reviewing policies in line with current legislation and business objectives, consulting with employees
Participation in employee-led groups such as Staff Community, Diversity & Inclusion, Mental Health Champions, Menopause Champions, Environmental & Sustainability and peer-led learning groups
Assisting in Health & Safety management


This role would suit those who have:
CIPD Level 7 or working towards
A compassionate & collaborative approach
Good knowledge of HR & employment law issues
