Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries or issues.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has excellent communication skills.Responsibilities:
- Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations
- Enter customer information and interactions accurately into the system
- Upsell products or services to customers when appropriate
- Handle customer complaints or escalations with professionalism and empathy
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong data entry skills with high accuracy
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Exceptional phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required
Job Types:

Pay:
From £25,955.45 per year
