We are seeking a vibrant and talented individual to join our team as a Holiday Park Entertainer.

As a Holiday Park Entertainer, you will be responsible for creating a fun and memorable experience for our guests, providing entertainment, organizing activities, and ensuring a lively and engaging atmosphere throughout their stay.

Responsibilities:


Perform Entertaining Acts:

Plan and deliver entertaining acts such as live shows, theater performances, comedy acts, magic shows, and other engaging activities suitable for various age groups and interests.

Organize Activities:

Develop and coordinate a wide range of recreational activities and games for guests, including sports tournaments, arts and crafts sessions, treasure hunts, dance parties, themed events, and more.

Engage with Guests:
Interact with guests in a friendly and approachable manner, creating a welcoming atmosphere and building rapport. Encourage guest participation in activities and events, ensuring their enjoyment and satisfaction.

Lead Children's Activities:

Plan and execute age-appropriate activities for children, including face painting, storytelling, arts and crafts, and games, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for young guests.

Perform Character Work:

If applicable, portray various characters and mascots to entertain and engage with guests, ensuring memorable experiences for children and families.

Set-Up and Clean-Up:

Assist with the preparation and organization of event spaces, including the set-up and dismantling of equipment, decorations, and props.

Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of activity areas before and after events.

Promote Resort Facilities:
Actively promote the resort's amenities, facilities, and services to guests, encouraging their utilization and enhancing their overall experience.

Assist in Evening Entertainment:

Collaborate with other team members to plan and execute evening entertainment programs, including live music performances, discos, quizzes, and themed nights.

Guest Relations:
Address guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally, striving to provide exceptional customer service at all times.

Team Collaboration:

Collaborate effectively with other members of the entertainment team, as well as various resort departments, including food and beverage, housekeeping, and front office, to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous experience in entertainment, performing arts, or related fields is desirable.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and connect with guests of all ages and backgrounds.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively in a fastpaced environment.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and charismatic personality, with a passion for entertaining and making people happy.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as the nature of the job requires.
• First aid and CPR certifications are a plus.
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time

Part-time hours: 20-40 per week


Schedule:

• Day shift
• Every weekend
• Monday to Friday
• Night shift

Supplemental pay types:

• Sheerness, Kent: reliably commute or be willing to relocate with an employerprovided relocation package (required)
