Description
Duties

Perform general maintenance and repair tasks in residential properties


The job is mostly on the road (with a vehicle provided) and may involve staying out for a few days at a time on an infrequent basis.

The actual day to day tasks could vary but mostly will entail fitting window trickle vents in customers windows. Other tasks may involve painting, picking up and delivering goods.


Qualifications:


  • Proven experience as a maintenance person or in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of general maintenance procedures and techniques
  • Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools
  • Excellent problemsolving skills with the ability to think logically and find efficient solutions
  • Good communication skills in English for effective interaction with clients and team members
  • Customer serviceoriented mindset to ensure client satisfaction

Salary:
£30,000.00 per year
