Description

Due to a period of maternity cover, we are looking to add to the HR family with the appointment of an Assistant Recruitment Advisor/ Recruitment Administrator on a 12 month fixed term contract.


Working as a key member of the team, the Assistant Recruitment Advisor/ Recruitment Administrator will deliver an excellent administrative service, and where appropriate, advisory support for some legal support and business services roles across the firm.


In an addition to the day to day recruitment requirements, there may also be an opportunity to provide support to the Recruitment Manager and Early Careers Advisor with Trainee Solicitors and Vacation Schemes recruitment.


Day to day duties will include:

  • Support the recruitment team with coordination of interviews including coordinating diaries, booking meeting rooms and facilities and collating relevant paperwork
  • Update the recruitment tracker
  • Provide support to high volume recruitment campaigns, including Trainee Solicitor and work experience recruitment, undertaking basic screening (under supervision) and coordinating interviews and assessments.
  • Support with general Recruitment queries and man the HR Team recruitment inbox, escalating any queries where necessary
  • Act as a RWK Brand Ambassador on social media, actively sharing content and representing the brand consistently
  • Working closely with the Senior HR Assistant, oversee the prescreening process for new hires ensuring suitable due diligence and an efficient process
  • Ensure compliance with our GDPR and Data Protection obligations
  • Where appropriate, and depending on experience, role filling responsibility for Business Services and junior level Fee Earner roles

Skills, Experience and Attributes

  • Recruitment experience at any level, gained within a legal or professional services environment would be ideal but not essential
  • Previous role filling responsibility would be desirable but not essential
  • A keen interest in using, and knowledge of how to use, social media platforms for recruitment purposes
  • Demonstratable experience of administrative skill set
  • Organised and able to effectively prioritise
