Description
I'm looking for Carpenters for a project working on social housing properties in Walsall. This work will involve swinging flat entrance doors within tenanted tower blocks.

The Carpenter will need to:

  • Remove existing door
  • Install the new, prehung fire door
  • All ironmongery is already fitted except closer and door number, so those will need fitting
  • There is an onsite TLO to constantly book in work to minimise delays

I'm looking for a Carpenter that:

  • Has social housing experience
  • Has Fire Door Fitting Experience
  • Their own tools
  • Their own transport (materials will be on site)

And in return, the Carpenter will receive:

  • £120 per door (you'd expect tpo be able to complete 2 a day)
  • Ongoing work
  • The opportunity for a permanent or direct subcontractor package after 12 weeks
