Croydon Council are looking for a Infrastructure Operations Manager.

This is a permanent role.

The Infrastructure Operations Manager is responsible for the planning, installation, maintenance, and upgrade of all IT services within the Organisation.

They will work with the Service Delivery and the Technology and Architecture teams to ensure that theOrganisation's Systems and Infrastructure are online and fully operational in accordance with Business needs and any defined Service Level Agreements.

Further, they will own the transition management of New Services into BAU and ensure the Decommissioningof redundant services.

They will own the organisations Technology DR plans and ensure robust testing to enable continuity in the event of significant incidents.
