What we can offer - Recruitment Resourcer:

  • £18,000 to £22,000 Basic Salary DOE with OTE £35,000
  • Uncapped Commission Structure paying our best resourcers in excess of £1,000 per month of commission
  • Monday to Thursday, 9:0017:30
  • Early finish on a Friday

The Role - Recruitment Resourcer:


  • Facilitating job placements
  • Answering and making large volumes of calls
  • Working towards KPI's and deadlines.
  • Using internal recruitment systems
  • A highly motivated individual with previous recruitment or customer service experience
  • ESSENTIAL
  • Possess excellent interpersonal skills
  • An excellent communicator, both written and verbal
  • Strong PC skills

Salary:
£18,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
