Key Responsibilities:

Conduct Energy Efficiency Assessments:
Perform thorough loft checks and heat loss assessments in residential properties.
Provide homeowners with detailed information on the current energy efficiency status of their homes.

Educate Homeowners:

Clearly communicate the benefits of removing open spray foam and the advantages of installing loft insulation and Properla wall coating.

Address any questions or concerns homeowners may have about the energy-efficient solutions.

Sales and Consultation:
Effectively present and sell energy-efficient products and services to homeowners.
Customize solutions based on individual needs and property requirements.
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals.

Lead Follow-up:Responsibly manage and follow up on leads provided daily.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the home improvement or energy efficiency industry.
Knowledge of energy efficiency solutions and building materials.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Selfmotivated with a strong drive for achieving sales targets.
Ability to conduct onsite assessments and provide detailed recommendations.

Compensation:

Competitive commission structure (1035% per sale).
Weekly fuel allowance of £12
Training and ongoing support.

Salary:
£24,000.00-£100,000.00 per year
