Wellbeing Coordinator - Lyle House Care Home located in Roehampton SW15 -Part of the Country Court Family**
Hours: 37.5 hours working weekends on rota (Shift Times 0900 to 1700)

Salary £9.80 per hour, rising to £10.42 per hour from the 01st April 2023


Recently renovated throughout, Lyle House Care Home in Roehampton offers specialist residential and dementia care across 4 floors of luxury facilities.

Our amazing staff led by the manager create a comforting routine for the residents and keep them safe & secure.


Do you have creative flare & want to make a difference everyday?


We are looking for a Wellbeing Coordinator with creative flare and out-of-the box thinking to organise, run events and activities for our residents.

From pumpkin-carving, to budding gardening, crafts and more - no two days will ever be the same as you support our residents to try new things and ensure they feel connected with the wider community.


What you will be doing:
It's hard to capture everything but we've jotted down a few key parts of the role below
:

  • Organise varied activities within the Home to cater for a variety of interests and life stories for individuals, small groups and large numbers of residents.
  • Meet targets set out to improve our resident's lives which includes getting to know every resident through our 'Resident of the Day' programme
  • Work together with other local community groups and the wider local area.
  • Bring fun, ideas, and energy into our residents' lives Inspire others through great relationships, to deliver a range of thoughtprovoking wellbeing ideas
  • Coordinate a wide range of trips & experiences within the local area for small groups & individuals
  • Arrange key events throughout the year, such as seasonal celebrations & charity events

About You


We are looking for someone who is friendly, welcoming, and entertaining, and would ensure all activities are appropriate for all residents.


  • An understanding of care sector would be advantageous
  • Have a friendly & caring attitude
  • Good planning & development skills
  • Able to engage well with the residents and their families
  • Be proactive, passionate, and supportive team player, with experience of maintaining the highest levels of customer service.
  • You will be going out and about, networking, planning activities and with residents therefore having access to your own vehicle with business Insurance is essential

Covid Safety

We operate COVID secure homes and have strict procedures in place to ensure the safety of all residents and staff.

This includes regular COVID & temperature testing and wearing appropriate PPE, and if requested by management a face mask whilst on shift, unless medically exempt.
