Job Description:

The Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for ensuring all admin tasks assigned to them happen in an accurate and timely manner for the EMEA Team based in London.


Responsibilities include:

  • All recruitment invoicing to be managed and processed
  • Managing agency and other suppliers invoicing queries
  • Assisting with the coordination of Strategic TA Projects
  • Ensuring all recruitment trackers are maintained
  • Producing adhoc data reports
  • Managing the administration of the Recruitment Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Assisting the Global head of Recruitment with expenses
  • Any other adhoc admin tasks to support the wider TA Team

Qualifications:


Experience required for this role:

  • Great communication skills
  • Excellent administration skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong numeracy skills
  • IT literate in both systems and the Office Suite (particularly Excel)
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks
