About Our Client:

Page Personnel have just registered multiple Contact Centre Sales Advisor Positions in York to work for a reputable business within the Financial Services Sector

This would be an excellent opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Advisor or someone that is currently working in retail or hospitality and looking to join a progressive business which provide full training


As a Contact Centre Sales Advisor you will be dealing with a high volume of inbound and outbound calls speaking to existing customers assisting with their queries and also handling calls from customers that have shown interest in taking out their products.


The Successful Applicant:

Ideally some customer service experience this could be from hospitality or retail

Excellent telephone manner

Able to work in a fast paced environment

Dedicated about providing an outstanding service to customers

A good team player
