IT Support Technician

Brighton

Up to £25,000, plus benefits

MAIN OBJECTIVES
Provide engineering support to customer services and subcontractors.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide engineering support to customer services and subcontractors.
Assist with maintaining and supporting the Company Network infrastructure and IT services.
Assist Goods Inward with the inspection and testing of product on request.
Build good working relationships with all colleagues/departments, including a duty to care and respect all coworkers. To participate fully as part of the Amplicon team.
Fully support improvement in the effectiveness and efficiency of your processes by adhering to and promoting the principles of Lean.
Ensure that ISO9001:2000 procedures are always adhered to.
Perform any other reasonable duties as required.

SKILLS REQUIRED

Good general communication skills.
Ability to organise and motivate staff within small teams.
Experience in electronic engineering to HNC standard or equivalent.

25 days Annual Leave + 8 Public Holidays.
35 hour working week 12:30pm finish on Fridays.
