IT Support Technician

Brighton

Up to £25,000, plus benefits

MAIN OBJECTIVES
Provide engineering support to customer services and subcontractors.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide engineering support to customer services and subcontractors.
  • Assist with maintaining and supporting the Company Network infrastructure and IT services.
  • Assist Goods Inward with the inspection and testing of product on request.
  • Build good working relationships with all colleagues/departments, including a duty to care and respect all coworkers. To participate fully as part of the Amplicon team.
  • Fully support improvement in the effectiveness and efficiency of your processes by adhering to and promoting the principles of Lean.
  • Ensure that ISO9001:2000 procedures are always adhered to.
  • Perform any other reasonable duties as required.

SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Good general communication skills.
  • Ability to organise and motivate staff within small teams.
  • Experience in electronic engineering to HNC standard or equivalent.
