A rapidly growing UK Technology Startup - WatchMyCompetitor provides a new category of enterprise SAAS business intelligence that allows our clients to automatically monitor their online market - helping protect and grow revenue through powerful market intelligence.

The platform is used all over the world by leading brands in most industry sectors.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the WMC team.

As the Talent Acquisition & People officer you will play a key role in helping to recruit, onboard and develop our Sales, Client Success and marketing teams.

As a Talent Acquisition & People Officer your main responsibilities will be:

  • Understanding job requirements to efficiently and effectively fill open positions.
  • CV screening using various tools (job boards, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Writing interview reports and arranging interviews for Departmental Leads, Directors and the CEO.
  • Competitor talent mapping.
  • Developing partnerships with UK Universities and attending recruitment events.
  • Onboarding new staff issuing offer letters and employment contracts.
  • Helping develop and implement various HR policies.

The Person - Qualifications, Experience & Skills

  • Bachelors or master's degree educated. A relevant psychological, sociological or HR related degree would be preferable.
years of experience in recruitment, in either a 180 or 360 setting.

  • Strong sourcing and networking ability on platforms such as LinkedIn
  • Demonstrable selforganisation and structure, to work to high targets and performance driven incentives

Job Type:
Fixed term contract

Contract length: 6 months


Salary:
£35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus scheme

COVID-19 considerations:
Currently working from home on Mondays and Fridays

  • London, SE1 0BE: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Bachelor's (required)

Experience:
