We are working with a boutique internal comms agency, who provide employee engagement services to brands in the FTSE250. They build internal portals and intranet sites for their clients and employees.

The Freelance Product Designer will play a hands-on role, designing and prototyping the overall functionality of products and features for this agency's clients.

The role would suit a Freelance Product Designer who has experience working for agencies, and who enjoys the fast paced nature of the environment.

You should have a diverse portfolio that demonstrates they enjoy working on varied projects for lots of different types of brands.

The Freelance Product Designer's day to day will likely include:

User research, creating personas, wireframes and prototypes, storyboarding, scenario and journey mapping, information architecture, user flows, usability testing.
Execute and advocate for evidencebased product and design decisions.
As a Freelance Product Designer you will be conducting user research and stakeholder interviews to gather evidence and requirements, synthesising and sharing findings and providing rationale for decisions. This may be in a standalone capacity or alongside a Researcher. Confidence in conducting user interviews is required.
Working within and adding to clients design systems.
Produce high quality design solutions through user research and discovery, market, and competitor analysis, lowfi and highfi wireframes, concepting and prototyping, scenario and journey mapping and usability testing.
The Freelance Product Designer will be happy working end to end, ither leading their own projects, or supporting a Lead.
The Freelance Product Designer should have excellent knowledge of Figma, and will be collaborating with a UI Designer.

Working remotely (must be UK based) this would be ideal for a Freelance UX Designer who has experience working for agencies or consultancies.
