We have an exciting opportunity for a
Contractor Co-ordinator
to join our Contract Management **at PRS for Music.

At _PRS for Music_, we operate a fully flexible hybrid working model.

You will have the opportunity to work remotely and from our stunning London Bridge Hub, overlooking the Thames We come together twice a week to collaborate, meet stakeholders, and for all other business needs.

Responsibilities

About the Role


You will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the Contract Manager, in ensuring all contractual and service KPI's and service level agreements internally and with third parties are acknowledged and met.


To co-ordinate and monitor delivery of multiple small projects simultaneously on behalf of _PRS_ _for Music_ key stakeholders and the customer/supplier, whilst maintaining an excellence in customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.

As part of the role requirements, there is an expectation to study for World Commerce & Contracting (formerly IACCM) exams.

This will be fully funded and supported by_ PRS for Music_

  • To ensure contract requirements are being delivered and that all nonperformance is appropriately reported and escalated to the Contract Manager where necessary.
  • Support the management of conflicting business requirements.
  • Maintain performance measurement reporting and track performances against agreed service levels.
  • Maintain a catalogue of available services including the structure of service level agreements.
  • Manage a portfolio of change requests raised by stakeholders.
  • The salary for this position is circa _
    _£26,000 __per annum, depending on experience._

_Plus £2k increment upon completion of studies_

Qualifications
:
Essential


  • Ability to work autonomously when appropriate
  • Numerate and articulate with a high attention to detail
  • Willingness to meet and exceed customer expectations.
  • Organised and time aware, with an ability to prioritise tasks independently of management where required.
  • Assertive and persuasive, and able to communicate or negotiate with all business levels independently of management when required.


  • To undertake studies

  • World Commerce & Contracting (formerly IACCM) Exams

Desirable

  • Project management/coordination and contract management skills
