    Description

    This is a strategic career opportunity for a seasoned Programme Director to join our client in a purposeful and rewarding sector to deliver fulfilling work.

    They are undergoing an enterprise wide transformation (Digital and Operational) which you will lead along with the BAU remit.
    This key role will be vital in achieving their extensive digital transformation and improvement programme.

    Transformation projects are underway or scheduled across all aspects of the business, including Finance, Customer, HR, Systems and Process, with the aim of delivering significant improvements to their operational and financial performance.

    They will look to you to develop and implement technically sound programme plans, as well as develop their team of Programme and Project Managers to deliver large scale change.

    Experience of successfully creating, budgeting, and delivering projects in systems, processes, and operations


    • Knowledge of programme management methodologies
    • Track record of successful transformation in a complex environment
    • Lead and drive the delivery of the Transformation
    • Develop an implementation and change management approach that embeds lasting change
    • Lead and develop a team of project managers to ensure successful delivery of projects
    • Ensure that all risks associated with the overall programme are clearly identified and managed
    • Develop a robust system of post project evaluation and assessment of benefits realised for each project within the programme
    • Work in partnership with the relevant Project Sponsors, to ensure project delivery is at pace and to the required quality standards.
    please note, it will require extensive UK wide travel.
