Ground Worker/Multi Trader

Location:

Dependent on experience


Parker Jones Group is currently recruiting on behalf of a large maintenance contractor who is currently operating in the Slough area.

They are currently seeking a Ground Working Multi Trade Operative to support their responsive maintenance and voids contract.


Responsibilities:


  • Undertake repair/renewal works across several trades ground works, fencing, concrete and patio works.
  • Receive instructions from the supervisor and carry out repairs to occupied and unoccupied dwellings (main trade and associated works).
  • Work in partnership with other operatives to complete works.
  • Complete work sheets after each job.

Requirements:


  • Experience in ground works.
  • Knowledge of Health and Safety Regulations.
  • Hold relevant training such as Working from Heights, Manual Handling, Asbestos Awareness.
  • NVQ level 2 or equivalent qualification
    (THIS IS ESSENTIAL):
  • Clean driving licence

Essential Experience:


  • Over 3 years trade experience, ideally in the social housing sector
  • Experience of Reactive Maintenance

Up to £34,000.00 per year
