This is a great opportunity for an L&D professional to join a big player on a permanent basis at the Maidenhead site.

Flexible working is definitely offered here, as you will only be required to attend the office 2x per month

You will be joining a wider team of hard working HR and Talent Acquisitionprofessionals and will work closely with the tight knit L&D team based in Maidenhead.


Description

The L&D Advisor will be responsible for:

  • Managing training schedules, to ensure that all employees are compliant and meet health and safety requirements
  • Conducting training needs analysis alongside the Learning & Development Manager, in order to identify skills gaps within the workforce and developmental requirements
  • Designing and implementing engaging and informative training programmes for a diverse workforce
  • Deliver training to different business group
  • Work with external suppliers to deliver training
  • Manage external grant and levy schemes

Profile
The L&D Advisor will have the following skills/ qualities:

  • Experience in an L&D role
  • Examples of ability to deliver on training projects
  • Awareness of external funding streams
  • A CIPD Level 3 or other relevant qualification
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders
