Victoria Square Hotel is a 41-bedroom independent hotel in the wonderful Clifton Village area of Bristol.We are looking to recruit an experienced Hotel Receptionist to join our small, friendly team.
Your principal role will be to welcome our guests, check them in and out, providing any help or advice during their stay, and liaising with other departments within the property.
Your duties will include operating the property management system, maximising room sales, cash handling, ensuring all administration duties such as correspondence checks, market segmentation tracking, deposits, group bookings and online travel agent checks are undertaken meticulously.
Above all, you need to be well presented, efficient, professional, outgoing, and have a real passion for people and hospitality, and a desire to exceed expectations.
The shifts will be a mix of 8am-4pm and 3pm-11pm and will include some weekend work. There may also be the opportunity for extra shifts during busy trading times.Benefits:
