Overview:


We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to join our well-established Corporate Business Support team to support our Corporate Management Team.

This role is a six-month Fixed Term Contract opportunity, with the potential to extend, depending on service requirements.


About us:


The Executive Assistants are a dynamic team who focus on making sure the needs of those that they support are met to a high standard.

With a friendly and positive approach, they also work collaboratively together to support each other so that we can provide a robust and effective service to all our stakeholders.


About the role:


You will be responsible for providing high quality administrative support to the Corporate Management Team including organising meetings, managing mailboxes, minute taking, supporting with the production of formal documentation and reports, and ensuring papers are submitted within deadlines.


Any-Desk:


As an 'any-desk' worker, you'll need to be connected to our network to access digital folders and resources, but this can either be from home or an office location when required.

You will be required to work from the office a couple of times a week, depending on your role and team requirements*.


About you:


This is expected to be a demanding role and will be a good opportunity for someone who works well under pressure and can work to tight timeframes.

You will also need to demonstrate attention to detail, be flexible and able to build rapport with key stakeholders.
