    Senior Wastewater Modeller

    At Stantec, we are at the heart of supporting our clients across the UK & Ireland in delivering at all stages of a project's life cycle to ensure they make well-informed and sustainable decisions.

    We are looking for Senior Wastewater Modellers to join us across our offices in Brighton, London, Cambridge, Ashford, Kings Hill, Southampton & High Wycombe.

    About the Role

    • Provide technical leadership for wastewater modelling projects.
    • Develop and deliver innovative technical solutions across Stormwater Overflows, Water Quality Management, Developer Assessments, Flood Investigations & more.
    • Work with our specialist teams to develop new tools & procedures within Wastewater Modelling, which further enable us to deliver expert solutions to our clients.
    • Plan and coordinate project delivery, including the preparation of cost estimates.
    • Line manage more junior team members, including mentorship and supervision of technical outputs.

    About You

    To be considered for this opportunity you will be degree qualified (or equivalent) in Civil Engineering, or other relevant subject, and be a member of an industry-relevant institution e.g. ICE, CIWEM.

    You will have previous experience leading projects in an urban drainage environment and demonstrate technical experience covering a wide range of urban drainage modelling activities - including a full working knowledge of InfoWorks ICM.

    You will have experience in the management and development of staff as well as the ability to integrate well into a team and provide technical leadership to other modelling staff as a leader in an urban drainage environment.
