**Complaints Handler

  • Life and Pensions**:

Fully remote position

6 months FTC
Our life and pensions client is looking for complaints handlers with previous financial services experience to join the team. Their business is a well established pension provider.


We are looking for a minimum of two years pensions complaint handling experience.
One interview stage on Microsoft teams.


Description

Duties of the Complaint Handler will be:

  • Identify the root cause of issue and look for areas to improve on
  • Deliver outstanding customer service
  • Supporting customers with a resolution
  • Taking ownership
- working effectively & in a timely manner

  • Understand the customers view points
  • Working collaboratively with all areas of the business

Profile
The successful Complaint Handler will have the below skills:

  • To understand customer requirements. responding with professionalism and effectively use your organisational skills.
  • Ability to work to targets & deadlines
  • Previously worked within customer resolution management
  • Excellent communication & organisational skills
  • Ability to negotiate & offer resolution
  • Resilient
